TODAY'S RECIPE: EGG SPINACH TOAST

I like good food. That's plain and simple. Tasty food is one of the things I enjoy most and eating a tasty meal can truly make me happy. At the same time, I work as a model which means I have to stay in great shape, otherwise I simply don't have any work. Of course, to get lean and drop fat percentage, you have to workout. Since I have been searching for healthy, but yet tasty recipes for a long time, I've got some go-to meals that I want to share with all of you. The meals are healthy, rich in vitamins and minerals and will help you achieve your fitness goals. Today's recipe is a egg, spinach, avocado toast that can be eaten for breakfast or lunch.
What you need is:
a hand full of fresh, washed spinach
Half of a avocado
2 boiled eggs
1 slice of wholegrain bread
First you boil the eggs. I prefer my eggs to be boiled medium hard so that the yolk is still a little bit fluid. When the eggs are boiling, you can toast your bread and apply the avocado on your toast. Cook your spinach and lay it on the toast, on top of the avocado. Add the eggs, top it with a bit of salt and pepper and you're set! This meal only consists of a lot of vitamins and minerals, only has 375 calories and will make you feel satisfied and full for a while!
Tip: add a bit of garlic powder to make it even more tasty!
